We offer two options for the implementation of a domestic wastewater treatment plant depending on the method of treatment facilities location
Removal from waste water of insoluble dispersed impurities, which are poorly settled, for treatment of highly concentrated waste water:
- Wastewater of cheese factories, dairies, meat processing plants, slaughterhouses and other food industry enterprises;
- Wastewater of washing cars, devices, parts, containers;
- Stormwater of parkings, garages, industrial enterprises, oil storage facilities, etc.
- Wastewater treatment of fats, oils, suspended solids, petroleum products, organic impurities, surface active substances, finely dispersed suspended solids, as well as for sludge separation.
Physical and chemical water treatment unit “FLOTTER-PRO”
Physical and chemical pretreatment, which includes treatment by reagents (coagulant, flocculant, lime) and separation of suspended solids by flotation. It also provides conditions for the formation of flotation sludge before the oxidation of organic contaminants and nitrification processes. The formation of particles of insoluble compounds, including hydroxocompounds, provides an additional purification effect due to sorption processes. Saturation of flotation sludge with air creates favorable conditions for sorbed organic compounds.
OZZON water deironing units have proven to be a good solution for purifying groundwater and surface water from excess iron, manganese, mechanical suspensions and removing odorous gases (hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide, chlorine, etc.).
