ADVANTAGES OF THE COMPLEX

NITRATE PURIFICATION OF GROUNDWATER is based on the use of physicochemical methods (for the conversion of nitrates into a solid phase) and hydromechanical methods (for the extraction of the solid phase from water), while minimizing waste generation
SOFTENING, DEMINERALIZATION OF GROUNDWATER OF CHLORIDE-SULPHATE TYPE to provide the required quality of purified water at low operating costs of the units and high efficiency of water use. The issues of eluate utilization during the regeneration of ion exchange filters and water reuse of auxiliary operations have been resolved in contrast to the existing technologies.
MUNICIPAL SECTOR
DOMESTIC WASTEWATER TREATMENT OF AUTONOMOUS OBJECTS – villages, towns, small cities, recreation centers and other local objects by biological methods based on KUBO units by capacity of 1 – 200 m3/day.
The plants (units) are compact and meet the European level, can be made of plastic, reinforced concrete or metal in an above-ground, semi-buried or underground version.
Based on these technological solutions, we reconstruct the operating wastewater treatment facilities using:
– existing volumes of treatment facilities without additional expansion, which allows to increase the capacity of treatment facilities by 1.5-2 times;
– energy-saving pumping equipment;
– efficient and energy-saving aeration equipment and systems.
TECHNOLOGIES FOR WASTEWATER TREATMENT “KUBO”
Domestic wastewater treatment of autonomous objects – private houses, villages, cottages, hotels, schools, recreation centers and other local objects, as well as wastewater similar to them by chemical composition of industrial enterprises by biological methods based on “KUBO” units.
The multi-stage treatment technology is developed on the basis of KUBO units produced according to TU U 45.2-31830396-001-2004 with changes from 02/03/2010 # 097/000915/01 and approved by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine (Conclusion of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Expertise of 29.04.2013 # 05.03.02-04/33973).
The size of the sanitary protection zone for KUBO units by capacity of 1-200 m3/day is 15 meters.
This technology of wastewater treatment allows to provide the quality of treated water for further discharge into a fishery reservoir of the 2nd category, a stream or for technical needs (watering green areas, washing vehicles, etc.) without harmful effects on the environment and in compliance with the requirements of current regulatory documents.
The treated water is disinfected by a sodium hypochlorite solution or ozonation according to the current standards requirements.

CONSTRUCTION OPTIONS OF THE PLANTS
We offer two options for the implementation of a domestic wastewater treatment plant depending on the method of treatment facilities location:
– Combined version of the treatment plant. The main technological tanks are designed from monolithic reinforced concrete, and electrical equipment (blowers) are placed indoors.
– Underground version of the treatment plant. The main technological tanks are made of plastic and placed in reinforced concrete rings, and electrical equipment (blowers) are placed in a separate block. This option does not require a separate room for technological equipment.
WASTEWATER TREATMENT OF SPECIALIZED MEDICAL INSTITUTIONS: TUBERCULOSIS DISPENSARIES, INFECTIOUS DEPARTMENTS OF HOSPITALS Wastewater of medical institutions is similar to composition of domestic wastewater. Their wastewater is treated using the technology of biological wastewater treatment based on KUBO unit. However, the presence of pathogenic microorganisms (e.g., Mycrobacterium tuberculosis) requires the introduction of additional post-treatment units, such as sludge dewatering and disinfection unit generated during the treatment process.
FOOD INDUSTRY
Wastewater treatment of dairy, meat, confectionery, brewing, alcohol, wine, oil and fat and other food industries.
The basis of the technology for treating this category of wastewater is a combination of physical and chemical (pressure flotation, reagent treatment, sedimentation, filtration) and biological (oxidation by microflora) methods. Such a combination of different wastewater treatment methods eliminates the disadvantages of each method and results the efficient treatment.
FLOTTER-PRO physical and chemical water treatment unit is used for the treatment and purification of industrial wastewater and return water from phosphates, total iron, oil products, suspended solids and other pollutants.
The quality of the effluent meets the requirements for discharge into the municipal sewerage system or open water bodies.

ELECTROPLATING PRODUCTION
Wastewater treatment of washing water, waste concentrated solutions of electroplating and printed circuit board production facilities of machine and instrumentation enterprises at local treatment cycles and at centralized treatment facilities of the enterprise with subsequent effluent discharge into the city sewerage system or its reuse in a closed production cycle.
The important way to solve the environmental protection problem is to create closed-circuit water supply systems for electroplating workshops, which partially or completely eliminate the effluent discharge into a hydroecological reservoir and its reuse in production. This reduces the consumption of fresh water, excludes the discharge of even small amounts of heavy metal ions, reduces treatment costs by saving water consumed at the enterprise and reduces (eliminates) the fee for wastewater discharge into the sewer system or water body.
The proposed integrated wastewater treatment technology for electroplating is based on the use of modern solutions in the field of lighting, filtration, and hydraulics. The high efficiency of the proposed technological scheme and water treatment equipment is achieved through the use of technical solutions and developments that meet international standards.

SOLID WASTE LEACHATE
TREATMENT OF LANDFILL LEACHATE AND LIQUID TOXIC WASTE
Based on the developed complex multi-stage technology (Ukrainian patent for invention UA 72677). The efficiency of the technology is achieved through the extraction of components in a form that provides for their utilization, as well as through the recycling of commercial reagents used during regeneration. The prerequisite for leachate treatment is its complete disinfection.
EXTRACTION OF IODINE AND BROMINE
In the form of commercial products – crystalline iodine and ferrous bromide from highly mineralized natural waters. The technology makes it possible to reduce the process equipment used in the traditional scheme by 30-35%. The technology provides for the purification of all components associated with the main process (brines after halogen extraction, air), as well as the subsequent processing of concentrates to extract other valuable elements (lithium, boron, strontium, etc.).
The technologies we offer are environmentally friendly along with being efficient and cost-effective.
Some of the proposed solutions are customized and are the result of studying the customer’s needs, the quality of the source water, and the conditions of future system operation, while others are standardized.
